Department of Standard and Quality Assurance (SQA)

The department is responsible for ensuring that all services provided under the scheme are in compliance with guidelines for the provision of such services as provided in the national guidelines or service protocols. Specific functions include:

• Define standards according to national guidelines and protocol
• Ensure compliance with guidelines
