Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

The department is responsible for provision and maintenance of all information and communication technology soft and hardware of the Agency. Specific responsibilities include:

• Registration and enrolment of enrolees.
• Development and maintenance of the Agency’s database.
• Update and publishing of enrolee database and distribution to all registered service providers.
• Production of identity card for enrolees.
• Cyber security
